# NubiPay

> Multi-tenant payment infrastructure for Latin America. NubiPay is an obligation-first rail that lets organizations collect recurring payments via Stripe (cards) and SPEI/CLABE (Mexican bank transfers) with automatic, deterministic detection — no manual entry. Non-custodial: each business owns its own Stripe account; NubiPay is never the merchant of record.

NubiPay serves five operational verticals on a shared engine with differentiated UX per vertical:

- **Donations** — one-time and recurring donations for NGOs and causes.
- **Membership clubs** — gyms, studios, coworking, social clubs charging monthly dues.
- **Venue rental** — event spaces, party venues, short-term rentals with deposits and bookings.
- **Venue + store** — venues that also sell products and reservations (white-label SDK).
- **Property management** — buildings, HOAs, neighborhoods collecting maintenance fees.

Core principles: zero-default fees (no ghost obligations), 5-minute onboarding to start collecting, "one action, one place" UX, detection-first payment matching (CLABE > invoice > reference > heuristic), operational truth over analytics dashboards.
